Below are descriptions on how to get an accurate measurement of yourself to determine which size will fit you best.  While measuring, keep in mind whether you like to wear your clothes loose or tight:

Chest/Bust:
1)  Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust
     (keeping the tape under the arms and around the shoulder blades)
2)  Read measurement with the tape snug, not tight
3)  The number of inches is your size

Waist:
1)  Measure around your waist
     (over your shirt, not over your pants) at natural waist line
2)  The number of inches is your size

Keep in mind that if you tend to wear your slacks beneath your stomach,
to measure your stomach at the largest point.

Seat/Hips:
1)  Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part

Sleeve Length
1)  Raise your (left or right) arm level with shoulder
2)  Start the tape level with your raised arm at exact middle of the
     back (at the neck between the shoulder blades)
3)  Measure from the middle of your back,
     around your elbow to one inch past the wrist joint
4)  Number of inches is your sleeve length

Neck Size
1)  Measure around your neck
     at the point your shirt collar button would be

**REMEMBER**
Garment fit always varies from one manufacturer to another.
