Here's one of Buckeye Bob's custom renovation jobs in a 6 part pictorial.  It starts from when the hat was given to him to the cleaning, reshaping, replacement of the sweat and hatband and then onto the finished product.
Step 1 This is how the hat looked when it was first given to Mike for renovation.		Step 2 The lining and the overall inside and outside of the hat was completely broken down.		Step 3 Here's the same hat how it appeared after a thorough cleaning and new blocking.
Step 4 The inside of the hat after the old lining and sweatband had been removed.		Step 5 The inside of the hat after a reshaping and the sweatband replacement.		Step 6 The final product (as it was ordered) with a new lining, reshaping, blocking, cleaning, brim and sweatband.
