These hat bodies are constructed by a fourth generation hat making family that has been in the business since 1870. Buckeye Bob will custom shape your hat to whatever design you specify. Add a bound edge, a hatband, or ribbon, in your choice of color, and you’ll have a hat that will match any other makers in both quality and style. These hat bodies are available in a variety of colors in either 5X or 10X. 5X hat body colors are currently available in Black, Chocolate, Pecan, and Granite. 10X hat body colors are currently available in Black, Mist Gray, and Silver Belly. On this page you'll see just a few examples of Bob's styles, but if you want something different, or any modification of any style, he can do it!

| We here at Walker '47 are a bit spoiled in that we're always giving Bob a hat to spruce up for us; but, if you can't make it in on the first or third weekends of the month, just bring your hat in at any time with instructions on what you want and we'll make sure Bob gets it to get back to you without delay. If Bob's in the store when you drop by, the work can be completed while you wait, or your hat may be dropped off for pick up at a later date . . . whatever is convenient to you.
